UK Delivery

All Amore Jewels orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using Royal Mail.

Delivery times include order processing and are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or busy periods will be processed on the next available working day.

Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order jewellery will have a longer preparation time. The estimated timeframe will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.

High-Value Orders

For security, fine jewellery and selected high-value orders will automatically be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery at no additional cost.

These deliveries require a signature and may only be sent to a verified address. We may contact you to complete additional security checks before dispatch.

Orders valued above £2,500 may require showroom collection or a separately arranged secure delivery service.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. You may be asked to show your order confirmation and photographic identification when collecting.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at info@amorejewels.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is delayed, shown as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@amorejewels.co.uk with your order number.

Please do not dispose of damaged packaging, as photographs may be required while we investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
