RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online Purchases

If you change your mind about an online purchase, please email info@amorejewels.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have contacted us, you must return the item within the same 14 day period.

Showroom Purchases

Items purchased from our Gerrards Cross showroom may be returned or exchanged within seven days of purchase. The original receipt is required.

Return Conditions

To receive a full refund or exchange, all items must be:

Unworn, unused and in their original condition
Returned with all security tags attached
Returned with all hygiene seals intact
Complete with all matching pieces and accessories
Returned in their original packaging where possible

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged. We will not accept items that have been worn or damaged.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings are supplied in tamper evident sealed packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the hygiene seal has been opened, removed or broken, unless they are faulty.

Jewellery sets containing earrings must be returned complete, unworn and with the earring hygiene seal intact.

Sale and Personalised Items

Sale items purchased in store and online are final sale unless faulty.

Bespoke, engraved and personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind once production has begun.

Return Postage and Refunds

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence that it has been sent.

If an entire online order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Premium delivery charges are non-refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please email info@amorejewels.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. Where appropriate, Amore Jewels will cover reasonable return postage costs.
